Weigh yourself once a week, same day, same time, and if possible same clothes. This will give you and accurate bench mark for comparison and weight lost. Good luck with your weight loss program!

Let me assure that 3% is a very long way from being obese. I was over 30% for years and am now 27%. A 0.3% reduction is a 2lb weight loss so dont fret. You are on the right track and thats what matters

i started running / jogging around 4 months ago. I run about 5 to 6 mph from 45 minutes to about 75 minutes. This morning i did a 10 mile / 16 km run at 5.5 mph for 111 minutes. I absolutely am having the same problem at the moment, nothing seems to help. I am a truck driver which makes it all the more painful!! sat on my backside all day!! An inflatable ring or a coccyx cushion might be the only answer!!! well done on the weight loss by the way.

you need to let them heal!! running through the pain will only make them worse. Good pre and post run stretching will help in the future but for now, rest is the answer.

Weekend calories are the same as weekday calories, they ALL count! You have to take them into consideration when doing your plan. Make sure your water intake is ok!!

if stress makes you eat, then it can make you gain, technically, stress can make you lose, because of the adrenalin it causes that speeds up your metabolism!! STRESS however is not a recommended weight loss aid!!!! Hope youre feeling better about it today!!

i go to aquarobics with my wife and love it!!!

My wife and I (michelle2566) always go to the gym together on a saturday morning, as I work away from home during the week. We also go to aquarobics at the gym pool on a sunday morning. Its great and we both love it.
