a 9.7mph walk is massive and almost a sprint, my runs are around 5.5mph average over 10 miles!! do you mean kilometres lol

SCART or RCA plug, it will be somethig simple like that, go over all the connections and make sure they are in properly!!

Any cardio workout , including running, will promote fat burn. The amount and speed of fat burn will ddepend on your your heart rate at rest, compared to your heart rate at work. The optimum is said to be around +125% , ie my HR at rest is 60, my optimum HR for fat burn is 135. Hope this helps

lol, us husbands are useless with useful xmas pressies!!! I use NIKE EQUILON 4 running shoes that were fitted for me by a running gear shop. They have transformed my running experience and made it possible for me to enjoy my running!!

firstly, avoid the afternoon tea and cakes!! secondly, make full use of the gym, thirdly, go for walks when you do a resort visit. Lastly, enjoy it, they are fantastic holidays!!!

You are truly an inspiration and congratulations on your healthy goal and your weight. My sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer about a year ago and is not good. I am running a 10mile race, the Great South Run in October in aid of a cancer care charity. Well done, keep it up and keep smiling!

I dont think age is an issue with running times. Ive been running a couple of months now, igenerally run at approx 5.5mph. I did a 10mile run on saturday morning in 1hr 50mins which i was pleased with. I think its whatever you are comfortable with, if you can still breathe, then you can still run!!! Get a partially inflated football (soccer ball), put it between your knees and squeeze it between your knees. Good thigh workout, and of course the dredded sit ups!!

I'm on 1250 a day, Im 5ft 10" and weigh 192lbs, I dont eat back my excercise calories and am losing a steady 2lbs a week.

I wouold say that whilst your diary is well balanced with some nice foods, you need to keep within your fat and protein goals. I try and eat as little fat as possible. Hope it helps, youre doing great!!

could be shin splints, you can get them in the calfs, they are called anterior shin slints. Try googling shin splints, there is lots of information regarding symptoms and how to avoid them. Hope they feel better soon Jeff

So youve been a bad bad girl, now you are going to be a good good girl. The only way forward is what you are doing. Its done, gone, in the past. Refocus, start again and think about the early days and how you felt motivated when you kept losing. Youll be fine!!
