I ... what...??? Oxymoron much? So I've never heard of it, but I got on google for you and apparently there are two "non dairy" yogurts. So Delicious and Almond Dream. I doubt they have much protein as the protein comes from dairy. Also ... it might be easier to find lactose free yogurt rather than "non dairy" yogurt.…

Maybe that those 12+ miles daily were helping you to create a calorie deficit before ... Like your safety net for any calories you may have been logging incorrectly. Since you stopped with all those miles, any inaccurate logging at all is going to have a greater effect. It's all about calories in/calories out. You…

Hmmm .... 5:30/6:00 AM - Wake up on my own, go to the restroom, realize I'm still dog tired. Go back to sleep. 6:45 AM - First alarm goes off. Hit cancel. Go back to sleep. 7:00 AM - Second alarm goes off. Hit cancel. Go back to sleep. 7:15 AM - Third Alarm goes off. Hit cancel. Turn on tv and select something on Netflix.…

I find it easier on my stomach (I don't get loud rumbling and bloating). Other than that .... I don't really think there are any??? It's less calories, I suppose. But it's also got less protein and all that

I'm a little confused by the title with the calories, but I'm gonna answer what I think you're asking. The weight you enter needs to be at a time and condition that you can be consistent with. For many people, this is first thing after waking up, after going to the restroom, before eating. If morning doesn't suit your…

Accurate? Lol no. Precise? IMO, yes. By that, I mean: I have a scale that measures BF, water, muscle, and bone density via BIA. When I first stepped on and it gave me a percentage, I would in no way take that to the bank. But as I've stepped on other times, at 8 am after I've gone to the restroom before I've eaten and with…

Those are really good choices you've already put in. Some other things to consider: -Greek yogurt. Dannon Triple Zero has 15g of protein. I'm pretty sure all Greek yogurts are high in protein like that -Cottage cheese. 13g protein per serving. Super delicious with berries. Some like it with veggies. Try different combos of…

I believe there are a lot of factors that come into play. Food is becoming more and more processed so that it has a longer shelf life and so that I can even make it to the grocery store from middle-of-nowhere, China. Also, with most households consisting of two working parents and then children that have all sorts of…

For a protein shake, optimum nutrition 100% whey is my fave. 24g protein, 3g carbs, 1g sugar. Rocky road is tha bomb. I make it with unsweetened almond milk. Water with it is nasty to me. I also like lean1. It's a meal replacement, not just a protein shake. Much heavier on the carbs and sugar. 17g of protein though. Luna…

Is it not supposed to add them on? Do you want to have to eat less food? I'm really confused by the question, or I'm not understanding the problem, or something. But basically, as the other two have said, MFP estimates your full day calories from your Fitbit based on the calories you've burned so far (because Fitbit does…

Same here. I think that's exactly why (the whole chewing but no food hits the stomach). Plus, chewing gum makes my stomach bloat horribly, so I've cut down on it dramatically. It's not nice to me lol

I use optimum nutrition. Tastes great in rocky road flavor with unsweetened almond milk. 24g protein, 3G carbs, 120 cal.

It'll double count the exercise, both here and in Fitbit. Since Fitbit is pushing over your steps from that exercise, your getting calories burned there. If you then log the exercise, you're getting calories there as well. Also, logging the exercise will sync with Fitbit. So you'll get that twice too. They will be…

Strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries with cottage cheese. Low carb and low cal, and cottage cheese has protein

Sometimes. For instance, just earlier today I had a bacon cheeseburger and large curly fry from Jack in the Box, and I don't feel the slightest bit guilty for it since it fits into my day. I've actually got some calories left over lol. Would I do it every day? Absolutely not. I actually prefer the things I eat at home. But…

ADD. I'm on adderall (both XR and normal). It definitely suppresses my appetite. I literally can go 8-10 hours on XR and not be the slightest bit hungry. About 4-ish on the normal one. However, I don't ever get a huge need to binge when it wears off, because I set alarms to tell myself to eat my planned meal, even though I…

Lean1 meal replacement shake is awesome. Can drink it with just water. It's $36 at Vitamin Shoppe. It's better to get it on amazon or on the nutrition53 website when they've got sales. They also always have bundle and saves. My fav is the chocolate peanut butter. Chocolate is also good, but I find myself always adding PB2…

Thanks! It's just really strange because I've always had it set to lightly active and everything, and it's never done this. When I wake up it's always been 0 and then it adjusts up and down during the day

I use this same brand, but the rocky road flavor. Love it and it definitely helps me reach my goals. I believe all the nutrition facts are pretty much the same for mine as well. The 120 cal and 24 g of protein are definitely the same. I mix mine with 8 oz of original unsweetened almond milk (30 calories) and it tastes…

Well that's cuz you bought all the wrong stuff. If you're gonna do fast food, plan for it and do it right lol. 12 piece nugget, large waffle fries, and a lemonade for me please! Lol And no, I don't just loooove CFA, but it is the least objectionable fast food place to me, so if I've gotta stop somewhere, that'll be it

I'm sure someone has already said this, but if you're anemic, you should be taking a supplement. I'm anemic and, after running some labs, my GP told me to go pick up 325 Ferrous Sulfate iron supplement and take it twice daily. It was like 2 bucks and she said that my most recent labs weren't as bad Another thing though, I…

I put them in the fridge. For some reason, when I put them in the fridge, the outside will get suuuuper black and nasty looking, but when I peel it, the banana is nice and yellow, with the exception of maybe a few spots here and there

Fruit and cool whip or whipped cream or cottage cheese I like strawberries with cool whip and I'll melt a Ghirardelli square and drizzle it on top. Or a mix of strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries with cottage cheese. Or you could just fit some brownies, ice cream, or what have you, into your calories. You won't…

Not dense at all! I found it really tricky to begin with. I'm so happy you're getting it back soon. I know I'd be lost without mine, so I can imagine your excitement! Basically, just like what the other poster said. Always log food on MFP, it will automatically be pushed to Fitbit. I think the Fitbit help forum also said…

I bought some scale that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis. BIA is certainly not the most accurate way to get bf%, but it tells me what I want to know ... Up or down. It could be 10% off and I wouldn't know it, but in that case, it's consistently 10% off which is peachy to me since it was only 27 bucks. I thought about…

Find a time that is best for you, a time that's not hard to stick to. Also find a workout that you'll like. Honestly, having a set time that you know you'll go and an exercise routine that you enjoy will make all the difference. Also think about all the benefits that it could bring you personally: better cardiovascular…

Happy Hump Day y'all! Just wanted to say hi and drop this pic from my cousins gym website (not to steal your vibe misseesmith! You're still the queen of motivation!)
