According to most online bmi calculators, 125. Although, I am 5'5" and used to weigh around 135-140. If I went so much as 5 pounds under that, I looked rather ... malnourished, underfed, emaciated. So, keep with your goal now and when you do reach it, if you want to go a little lower, go for it! :)

So, I need to eat more to lose weigh? I guess that's the concept that I am struggling with. I feel bad eating stuff that I know is high in calories because I know I am trying to lose weight
