That looks okay but try this one: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml I used it to train C25K and it was brilliant and definitely worked. If you find it too difficult, slow down your pace. If it is way too hard, just repeat the week again. Good luck :smile:

Yey, the more joiners the better it will be. Let's take control before summer is here! No we won't eliminate people but it is all about highest overall % weight loss over the period. We can have challenges each week to keep it interesting. :smile:

All you need to do is weigh yourself tomorrow (this will be classed as your starting weight). I will put this on a chart which I will post to the thread. Thanks for the advice guys... unfortunately I wasn't interested in dealing with a drunk at the bar. I am being harrased by someone and have had to contact the police about it. I am just worried about being followed and attacked. Being followed and watched isn't much fun!

Yes! That is what I find so frustrating about the forum... people seem to get upset if they don't lose 10 pounds a week. It doesn't work like that!!!!!

I recommend the copper IUD. I had it for years and it was brilliant. Obviously you still have to deal with periods but I didn't find them any worse than normal. I eat it but only wholemeal toast (the small loaf). If I need something to fill out my meal I eat ricecakes. I haven't cut anything out because I think that it is unsustainable in the long run. I'd rather steadily lose weight through everyday eating than 'dieting' only to put it all back on plus more Good luck.

I had a lovely lunch today of minestrone soup, with 2 rice cakes and cucumber & celery slices. I was at work so we only have a microwave. Whole thing came to 260 calories. Filled me up for the whole afternoon!
