The 30 Day Shred... I literally didn't want to do it when I started it but I completed all 30 Days and lost 8.5 inches overall and feel so much better because of it. I've now started it again and am using heavier weights. Jillian Michaels is a genius.

When I do my measurements I put it so that it touches the skin but not so tight that it digs in and causes a divit. I hope that helps.

OMG I hate my stretch marks. I have what seems like millions of them on my thighs... they are all faded but none the less there. I am trying to learn to embrace them but I think it is going to be a long time before I get there.

Ahhhhh how frustrating! That is why my diary isn't public... for every 10 supportive people there is one negative one that makes me want to scream! Keep your chin up... ignore the unhelpful people and remember that this is a marathon not a sprint... you should be meeting your calorie goals that is the idea!

They surely can't force you to eat it... do you have a co-host that fancies it. Or could you just pretend to be doing it? None of the above are helpful to anyone who might be influenced by eating that garbage but at least it might get you out of the dog house.

I love this video... I have never done circuits and I really enjoy the fact that because it switches up it isn't boring. Didn't find today ridiculously difficult but I think it will be harder the more sore your body is! I can't wait to see the results!
