It is definitely possible. I drank quite a lot of tea and it wasn't until I stopped (and suffered a four day migraine) that I realised, this is a serious substance... and maybe people should realise what it does to the body. I haven't gone back to it since and feel great for it.

I am extremely careful about logging everything maticulously but because it takes so much determination, I don't want negativity from others.
