This is what I have accomplished...

As I lay here after having oral surgery to have an impacted wisdom tooth extracted Friday, I was going through my weight loss journey album on my Facebook. I decided to take a few photos from the previous months and lastly a picture I had taken Saturday night..

I wanted to place them from beginning until now (Since I'm not finished yet in my journey) Though I was feeling cruddy I am now feeling quite proud of me and I wanted to share :)

    little under a year, but I've been doing it slowly and have had my ups and downs :)
