Would it be too blunt to just say no? Although, would you think it odd if my first choice for day-long snacking is not a Dutch Baby (although I can see how that would be delightful) but is peanut butter pretzels (which I never seem to tire of)?

Oh, could I have been seeing things wrong? Wasn't one about 6" and the other 3.5"? Has anyone seen my glasses? Wouldn't coating the cold pan with butter be similar to coating a cake pan with butter before flouring it? But, wouldn't I be premature in expressing a hot vs. cold pan preference before repeating the experiment…

How did you find something so perfect? Can't you also imagine making perfect eggs for egg sandwiches in the even smaller one that @frankwbrown found at REI? Also, can I confess here that I'm a long-time member of the cast iron pan subreddit, where the subredditors have posted many paens to the perfect Dutch Baby recipe…

How late am I to this conversation? More importantly, do you have a small cast iron pan to cook that perfectly-sized Dutch baby in? If not, what kind of pan did you use? (Also, how have I not thought of making small DBs?)
