  • I will be 50 on September 10 and I need a buddy too. I am struggling with all of this. I went and had a test done that told me what my metabolism is and they set my daily calories based on the results. In order to lose weight I'm supposed to consume no more than 1380 per day. But, I'm gaining on that!!
