Hello, I'm 5'7/5'8 SW 188 CW 184 GW 160 (will take me to a healthy BMI) But may make it lower once i achieve that goal if i'm not happy. i'm 24 from the UK (and a university student… which in itself is making weight loss and challenge!)

Was just wondering what exercise you did? You stomach is incredible! :) I know what you mean about the lower body half, I've always been bottom heavy bit still always lose from the top first....grr!
