  • I use Isopure Dutch Chocolate mixed with water in a shaker cup. It works out very well and not lumpy at all.

  • I am just a few days out form having my surgery. I can tell you there is a huge difference to me that this tool offers. I don't feel hungry. So...I do not feel like I want to eat. I have to make myself drink the shakes that I need to so far and drink the fluids that are necessary for your body to not become dehydrated.
  • I invested in this wonderful liquid vitamin from GNC and I am not having any issues with that. It's a bit pricey but I have also heard that it helps with the transient hair loss issues. :smile: ( Wellgenix - balanced essentials)
