I grew up with most of my vegetables coming from cans so I don't mind them. Pickled beats and green bean salad I always use canned. I've been known to just eat a can of peas for dinner. And sometimes I just crave canned potatoes fried in butter and pepper.

I was a vegetarian for several years so I still make some of my favorite vegetarian recipes on occasion. Honestly I tend to just do a big batch of roasted vegetables once or twice a week for dinner, usually after a day with red meat or something meat heavy.

I used to do it daily but now that I use my Wii fit as a scale it takes too long to weigh in so I do my official recording Friday mornings.I may check at other times but don't record them. I've only done it on Friday the last few weeks.

That sounds way more delicious than the whole grain Cream of Wheat I eat every morning. It has 50% of the day's iron and I leave the box at work to eat every morning. It works better for me because I don't need milk for it but Honey Clusters sound way better.

Leggings (unless worn on little girls) and Uggs. And of course the baggy pants on guys. I used to have this class with this guy who wore his pants below his @ss and he'd squeeze in between me and the seats in front of me and shove his @ss right in my face. I'm fond of rice bowl places. There's a small chain in my area called Fugi Grill where you can get a spicy tuna bowl at just above 400 calories, I could eat it everyday and be happy. Flame Broiler would probably be decent as well, and Chipotle.
