I thought about trying it but the signal in my gym is pretty bad and I was afraid I'd have trouble logging in sometimes. Anyway, my husband is the best at motivating me to go (either go or listen to him ***** about how he feels unhealthy.)

I think some people might not know what that is. I didn't realize people knew them as anything else until I was nearly 20. I believe the most common term is "fried bread dough".

I just finished Snow Flower and the Secret Fan and loved it. It's about two women who were friends in historic China and how they grew up together. I'd recommend it for fellow women as it really stresses the importance of female friendship.

I'm down about 15 lbs now and my pants don't even feel the least bit looser so I understand that feeling. I have noticed my breasts have shrunken though and my top is falling to one side. *sigh*

My Disney pass blackout dates end at the end of this month (cheap pass, most of the summer is off limits) and I'm looking forward to going back almost 20 lbs lighter than last time I went (which was the day I got married, lol.)

Mine was more of a realization that I wasn't overweight once. I had assumed I was fat since I was a preschooler and could only realize years later that I never was actually overweight until middle school. I always ate what I want since I was already fat and hated myself until I actually was fat.

Honestly, I have heard nothing good about Abilify. Me and four of my friends were prescribed it with no positive results to announce and plenty of horror stories. Have the restless legs kicked in yet?

What a question. I want to do a lot of things I've been too scared to even attempt in the past. I want to take horse riding lessons (which I am currently too heavy to do), I want to learn to scooba dive without being self conscious of wearing something that tight, I want to have a baby but will not do so until I can carry…

I know most people here may not be big on it, but one packet of Cream of Wheat has 50% of your iron. I started eating it everday for that reason.

My husband has been dragged along. He actually weighs something like 135 or so so he is actually trying to build muscle. I have to remind him as a result that yes, chicken is healthy, but I don't need half my calories wasted on the cup of olive oil he's trying to marinate them in, some of us are counting calories.

"If you're sick of starting over, you have to stop quitting." "'Wow, I really regret that workout." - No one ever"

Thank you! I've been trying to remember that term all day but all I could think was "Timer sand shaped body" and I knew that wasn't right. I'd say if you're comfortable how you are, keep it. A lot of times those tests say you need to weigh less than you should. My mother dropped down to 130 recently because some of some…

It's your money and you're helping yourself and the environment, I say good for you. Sounds like he is just being bossy for tne heck of it. Unless you're near bankruptcy he shouldn't be such a tightwad on what is important to you.

Already have one, won it in a writing contest, lol. This is a cute idea but I'm unsure what I'd put in my own package.

I'm also an annual passholder and know how great that would feel to go on some of the rides you couldn't before. In fact, that is one of my goals. Disneyland tends to build for larger people so I haven't had issues there but the husband wants to go to Six Flags and I keep putting it off because I'm afraid I'd be too big…

Same. I made lamb vindaloo yesterday and needed something light and fresh today.

Husband is actually really health conscious and used to complain if food was too unhealthy anyway. Honestly what I make hasn't changed much, I'm just eating less of it and avoiding the occasional take out, maybe grabbing lean pork or fish instead of steak. I already used ground turkey instead of beef anyway. I just make…

Gonna start trying in about a year after I get my Implanon removed next June. I really want to get to a healthy weight before then to avoid complications...and having a doctor yell at me.

Little rewards every 5 lbs and bigger rewards on more milestones weigh ins. I'm hoping to reach 10 lbs at my weigh in this week so I can by myself my second reward. First two are small pieces of jewelery. I can't wait for the 30 lb weigh in because that one is set as an audiobooks.com subscription.

Yeah but when you still fit in the exact same pair of pants you were wearing and they don't feel any looser that has nothing to do with vanity sizing.

I agree with the carbs or add more vegetables if needed. They are low in calories and can fill you up if you have a lot of them. I've been eating brussel sprouts a lot with dinner lately to get rid of that still-hungry feeling.

28 as of last month.

Well being on the treadmill at the gym when your phone falls, headphones unplug, and everybody gets to hear a loud rendition of NSYNC's Bye Bye Bye isn't the BEST thing that ever happened to me...
-
I do too. Live in Anaheim but born and bred in upstate New York.
-
As do I. My husband's parents live there and we visit every so often. Were there mid-June, took a kayak around the river. Want to move up there, still trying to convince the hubbie.

I'm 28, is that 20-something enough or too almost-30? My diary is open to friends.

I do the same thing. I also do my workout a couple hours after dinner so it seems a good time for me to eat lots of calories anyway. I don't have issued with being tired/lethargic really though. I usually take my multivitamins at work in the morning with a light breakfast and that seems to help.
-
I wouldn't as I don't think I could ever be comfortable enough in my body to do so. Even if I got down to the weight where I could pull it off I've spent my whole life at least slightly overweight and couldn't get over the embarrassment of revealing too much skin. That said, I think it's fine for other women and support…

Carnation - Instead Non-Fat Dry Milk One A Day - Women's Multivitamin Hamburger Buns Safeway - Women's Health Milk Chocolate Calcium Chews I don't actually eat burgers that much. I just don't tend to made the same foods often for dinner. I think I've had turkey burgers twice and one hamburger in the last month so that one…

I'm 221 now, still fitting normally in my size 20, and also get my clothes from the clearance in Kohls...I swear I must have the weirdest shaped body. So wish I could get into a size 14. But if I did I'd totally be all "I don't want to waste the money!" as well. Still, I'm sure it feels good in a bittersweet way to know…
