When I get bored of plain water- I will carbonate my own bottle water (no sodium or additives) then add either a tiny splash of Pom (Pom-Blueberry is my favorite) OR squeeze a slice of orange into it. Yum!

I eat after ... but I make sure I've eaten something a few hours before I work out so its not on an empty stomach. otherwise I feel sick.

I have a pair and I wear them often actually... very cushy. I think whichever way you go - ask that they do not put any extra butter and very little oil on your food. THe biggest problem with hibachi places is they first squeeze oil on the grill (yes, a little is needed) then they add large pats of butter to your meats, veggies, etc. Good luck and have fun!

I love Carrot- Apple juice (and I use tart granny smith apples) - sometimes its even nice to throw in a handful of fresh spinach. For an exotic flavored one - Pineapple, Pear and Chard - its delicious!

We bought the Wii for my 5 year old for Christmas but I have to say - I use it as much as he does!!! For exercise - I've been doing Just Dance 2 and just started with Wii Zumba - both get my heart going and I'm sweating and having fun!!!
