Thank you so much for this post. As someone who has a considerable amount to lose, often the threads lead to more confusion than clarity and it gets even more overwhelming. Again, thanks!

Question - do any of these work while you're swimming? That is one of my major exercises right now and it would be nice to know that I am burning the calories MFP says I am.

I went to a shoe store that specifically has sales people who listen to what you need, what you are having problems with, watch you walk, jump, run in different sneakers before recommending a pair. And honestly, its the first pair of sneakers I've loved in a long time...

My husband went through this last year - he was in agony too. Anyway, he couldn't eat any fat what so ever... he pretty much ate grilled chicken or steak and steamed veggies because dairy and anything other made him miserable.

OMG so many good answers... that I've now added to mine: Get my boobs lifted and reduced (depending on what's left!) after the weight is gone!!! And then of course, a whole new wardrobe to enjoy! Thank you for this post... totally made me smile about the possibilities that are in the future.

Sounds awesome... both recipes!!! I love cabbage and when I'm dying for something super tart and salty I'll even take a couple bites of sauerkraut from the jar. I'm going to try both these recipes very soon... How thin is the cabbage sliced ??? Shredded? or a bit thicker?

I'm so craving cottage cheese now! My favorite is I make a faux lasagne with zucchini slices (sometimes I dip them in egg whites whisked and brown them first in a nonstick pan), then chunky marinara sauce, cottage cheese (blended with Italian herbs, salt & pepper) and then on the top with a small sprinkle of Parmesan or…

I like the Ruffles Light Fat Free ones - they do have Olestra in them but taste much better than the baked ones to me and you get about 15 chips for 80 calories.
