The first week was great. The second week I subbed all 5 days and gained two pounds that I'm hoping is mainly water weight from not being able to drink/pee as much... We'll find out next week when I only sub one 1/2 day. Whew!

I do tea when I get the munchies or a sweet tooth after dinner too. I have a variety but my favorite right now being clearanced out at the grocery store as a season item. Celestial Seasonings Cranberry Vanilla Wonderland. Sweet enough to not need any honey or sugar.

I like this. Short term- Down a minumum of 8 lbs by my birthday in February. And get back in the habit of drinking more water. According to the website below I should be drinking 127+ ounces per day. If you're earning 897 calories from exercise the math is set up that you should be able to eat those calories, plus your original 1810 calories and still lose the 2lbs per week. Don't feel like you HAVE to eat them though. Only eat enough to keep you satisfied and your energy up. =) I had the Ultra for a year and a half…
