  • Usually I choose those snacks that comes in individual small packs. I just get one from the big bag in the kitchen and walked all the way back to my bedroom and ate slowly. Doing this, I know I won't take the trouble to walk back to the kitchen to get another serving

  • I do the same when the craving gets too strong. During workdays, I brush my teeth after lunch and rinse with mouthwash. That really stop me from snacking unnecessarily.
  • I have a 1litre bottle at my workplace. Just know I have to fill it once in the morning and another time after lunch to fulfil the 2 litre per day requirement.
