It's already a workout making these cookies.

Over eat every non-workout days but I burn them off the following days and then somemore.

Try a change in routine. Do not go home straight after school. Stay out of your house, take a walk around the neighbourhood or park just for half an hour till the cravings goes away. Train your mind NOT to expect food straight away after returning from school. I find this works marvellously for my case.

I eat rice and noodle as a staple food, often with side dishes including vegetables, meat etc. I adjusted by having less rice on my plate and more of those sides. It's hard to feel satisfied at first but it gets better. A glass of water after meal helps too. Stuff up the stomach. Right now, I am trying to get used to my…

Hate is such a strong negative word to use. Let's just say it's a matter of preference. PS: I have not tried any Zumba. Seen people done in groups and decides it's not really my thing.

Thanks for sharing. Always knew about the fluid retention that comes with any new workout program/routine but to see it explained put my mind at ease now. I have stopped my strength workouts for 2-3 weeks for more cardiovascular exercise recently. Just picked up strength training last Saturday and the soreness returns plus…

Need gif to see them jiggle. Okay. Jk jk. See nothing wrong really. If you really want to do something about them, start running.

Check MFP food database before I order my food. Even when I am already famished.

*raise hand* Yep. My will is at it's weakest at night after dinner. It's the mentality "Hey, I'm maintaining now I should be able to let myself loose a little on snacks." Eat a piece and moments later, back for 2nd. And 3rd... First 4-5 months I was very disciplined, sticking to 1200cal. Now I have trouble staying under…

BMI less than 19 and you are only 18 .... Wow. Just eat more and allow yourself a range to maintain. You have so much life ahead of you to care about that little weight gain.
-
The opposite here. It's too hot and I am too tried to work out. Actually, the new FF game is relased today and I just want to plaaaaaay.
-
"I can't run because I have no stamina." The irony is to gain stamina, I will have to start doing some form of cardio somewhere.
-
Used to eat 1200 cal a day plus exercising for 3days/week. Needless to say, it wasn't substainable so I gradually up to 1300, 1400 and now 1600 cal.
-
I allow myself 3kg range to fluctuate. At the same time, I also note how I feel in clothings.
-
Just do it on my own 'cos I want it to make it my lifestyle. I don't expect someone to accompany me on this.

Just realised this last night. Had a satisfying dinner accompany by a glass of water to fill the stomach up. I was full and slightly bloated actually. Yet, my brain still craves for more calorific snacks. Instead of fulfilling those cravings, I pop a Sour Plum Tablet into my mouth instead, figures it will keep my mouth…

Cancer (June 22-July 22) Cancers are emotional eaters, before bedtime snackers, and inveterate food hoarders. Best bet: With your love of domesticity, retrain yourself to prepare soothing meals that aren't over-the-top fattening. Tenacious and hardworking, you respond beautifully to any long-term fitness program. Eat:…

I rarely fall sick now actually. I lose my weight not only through diet but exercise at the gym regularly. Think the latter has a lot to do with my improved health status. I do feel cold most of time and I don't like hard seats now...
-
I just accept the fact that I am not photogenic at all weight.
-
I need to have sugar / creamer in my coffee so it's not really aiding me in weight loss. I just have one cup every morning.
-
I tried to figure out my TDEE but slowly realise it will never be a fixed number. I am still exercising for more than 8hr per week. On days I don't exercise, I overeat. I let myself go and eat up to 3000kcal, mostly thanks to snacks. When the weight creeps up a little, I switch to weight loss mode, eating just my standard…

I try to drink 64 oz.

Jog on the treadmill for 60min non stop, follow by uphill walk for another 60min. I always said I have no stamina but really I was just not pushing myself hard enough in the past.
-
Maintaining at the moment. Maintain range is between 57kg (125.7) - 60kg (132.3). Small frame.

I thought someone was being cooked.

I binge on cheap humble plain crackers and seaweeds. Those are snacks I can purchase in bulks. (oh dear)
-
Basically food in general. And not enough activities.

I recently discovered roasted seaweeds. They are readily available at my local super market and only 15Kcal per sheet (7X7 inch). Very tasty. As it come in big sheets, I have to tear it into bite sizes before I put into my mouth. Sort of a cure for the boredom cravings as well. I help myself to 10 sheets when the cravings…
