When I'm having cold, I get very very hungry. Basically will have to find something to eat every hour.

To me peanut butter is just one of the choice of spreads I can have on my bread. Never eat peanut butter on its own. Nutella on the other hand, I don't like it on bread but I obsolutely don't mind scooping them into my mouth.

Weekday after work. I reach the gym at around 6:45pm I hit the gym at 1pm during weekends.

I used to workout at a gym where the machines gave lower reading than my HRM. I always log the lower reading. This new gym I now go to gave higher readings on the machines so I choose to follow my HRM readings. However, I'm also aware HRM's readings can be off so I log in 80% of what my HRM said.

I do cardio (and I sweat a lot). Will wear anything that is dri-fit and shorts only. Only have one season here. I like my T-shirts loose so I go for the men's shirts all the time.

I usually help myself to a hearty McDonald Breakfast on weekends, that's knowing I will be spending my afternoon burning lots of calories at the gym.

Just started in June this year and discovered this site at the same time. After browsing for a month, I finally start an account here. 3 months and 6kg (13 pounds) lost. Mostly water weight I guess but it put me closer to my ideal BMI.

My rest days are on Monday and Friday. Monday I just go home after work, watch TV and spent time with the tablet. On Friday I will take an hour or so hanging out at the mall, go home and more TV. Just got Diablo 3 on PS3 a couple of days ago. I guess I can spent my rest days farming loots now.

Personally, I burned around 300Kcal (with HRM) for 30min. I'm not an exercise guru but here's what I think. I was told I will be skinny fat even when I get to my ideal weight and I later realise it's not my weight that's bothering me. It's how I look in front of the mirror. I'm 4 weeks into strength training (will move to lifting when I feel stronger).

I have a co-worker from a different department noticed my weight loss. It was major cos she didn't know I was actively exercising to achieve this. I lost about 5kg. My family and co-workers from the same department all know I visit the gym regularly. They see me daily so the change is hardly noticeable to them I think.lol

I choose Elliptical simply because I can switch to tread backwards and the machine still tracks my progress. Also, I can workout on Elliptical with closed eyes. With Treadmill, all eyes forward.

I have wore HRM and walked for an hour non stop and it shows around 180-220 Kcal burnt. I think the calories burned by OP looks accurate. It should be login but maybe 80% of what MFP showed.
