You can try having a pre workout playlist you listen to. I like to workout and not for the after effect OP is talking about. I have been lifting since I was 17. Consistent in the last year. Cardio is kind of boring.

Or a funny guy since they smoked so did a bunch of groomsmen and the maid of honor. Of course I did. I was high the entire wedding day. My cousin though I was going to not be able to walk down the aisle high since I was also a groomsmen.

It would depend on what exactly you lost. Water? fat? or muscle? Fat loss is going to have the most change in measuring body.

I guess that is up to you. I like to be able to move weight heavy. I do the 5/3/1 program which well does not go above 5 reps unless the last set which is till failure. The risk is higher and form does become important but form should always be important.

I have done the same when I saw some guy try to put 50 pounds more on bench when he barely got one rep of the previous rep. As soon as he got stuck on his chest I was already running over there to help him. It happens.

Muscle do not just get bigger. The process is a little harder than that or a lot of men would have way more lean body mass. I am sure women would too. Calorie surplus + weight training= increase of fat and muscle mass calorie deficit + weight training= the best chance that the majority of weight loss is fat loss.

All place I have read said it is good to do all muscular strength 1-5 reps, hypertrophy 6-10 reps, and muscular endurance anything higher reps at some point in your lifting life.

Any guys here that can bench their body weight 44 times. I know I can't.

225 bench press max is clearly a guy who trains. I did not get that high the first time around.

I think it was because of muscle atrophy. Then is was just easy to get back in to muscle tearing and building like before. I think only an injury would cause a long duration to get back to your old real working weight.

I would say anything slower than how much your RMR should be at the weight you are.

The calories i guess like thermongenics is 10% of the calories you eat. Reason why meal timing and meal spacing have no effect on weight loss or gain.
