According to BMI I am out of the obese range. Finally, I am at 28.6. Lets keep it going. Although BMI is trash to me.

When will I be able to sleep more than 5 hours and not wake up in pain. That is a issue and actually is my only issue. Luckily my pain meds put me into naps throughout the day.

depending on prices and in my experience if Your weed budget is more than for one person 240 a month something is wrong with that picture. That is being generous. I can have that much weed last for close to two month while I smoke daily.

It suppose to get worse. Nothing out of what I have read is different. I was actually in less pain than some cases. Eating at maintenance won't happen at all. But its normal for people to eat less after this surgery.

One thing that sucks are the nights. I cannot sleep through the night and my body wakes me up in pain at 5 AM no matter what time I go to sleep.

They were not joking about recovery for tonsillectomy. No bleeding. It's day six and the pain gets worse and worse. You all were not kidding about the changes on how I can breath.

Its more of ones diet thing more than anything else. As you know though you will get stronger as you build more muscle. You can get stronger at maintenance calories and even a calorie deficit.

People thought I was strong when I was weak with a lot of fat and no muscle definition. People in general are just ignorant in the fitness and health world.

It can happen even the rubber coated weights at my gym are slowly cracking from people dropping from clean rack positions. Those powerlifters love to drop weight.

Mine knee used to give like an ACL injury when I used to do hours and hours of cardio. Moral of the story is I rarely get an hour of cardio a week now.

Sounds like you have worked your way around it which works but there still can be a problem you don't see or feel.

Even if it could repair on its own sometimes they repair incorrectly. Why chance it OP? Go see a doctor.
