What kind a trainer. Personal trainer? I would go see a physical therapists who knows more than a personal trainer.

From someone who has been in the forums for a lot of my time spend at work. There are correlations to trolls and fake accounts. When that posting history of yours hits a lot more than you have now you will notice trends as well.

It is outdated information of what this poster believes a 1000 calorie deficit will slow your metabolism so much. She is new so I can understand the misguided mainstream information being said.

I got some fellas who lift. Mostly my friend list is lifters.

If someone is telling me they want to get ripped or muscular while standing in front of me I can tell them how because of what there starting point is. I cannot do the same for someone saying I want to tone.

I just met a woman who said she wants to tone. I ask her what she means. She said lose arm fat and get stronger. No one really knows what someone is talking about when they say they want to tone.

I had a different issue which was 100% diet. I never had an issue exercising and have been for a long time.

Pre and post workout nutrients can help you burn more calories, help with recovery to burn more calories in next session. I personally don't use the but I will say they do have a place in someones' routine.

Then it still does not work. MFP is suppose to have red lines if you eat below 1200 calories.

OP it is paying for expensive urine. A balance diet is way better than supplements.
