Absolutely! How about a certain percentage of weight loss by a certain time? We can keep track weekly ourselves, post it here and then after four weeks or so our fearless leader can post a spreadsheet of everyone's percentages. Should we log in every day with our calorie & exercise stats, or at least log in once a week…

I'm totally in for a 5'10" and over group! I am 5'10' but I have to lose waaayyyyyyyyy more than all of you ladies have to lose combined! We can call ourselves The Amazing Amazons. LOL

100 calorie popcorn packet fat free yogurt If I'm in the mood to actually make something, I go to hungrygirl.com and she has a lot of great recipes for 100-200 calories.

I agree with tlblood. I had this problem and am in the midst of fixing it. It is important to eat all of your calories, especially when you work out. If you don't, your body goes into starvation mode and tries to store what little it gets as fat. If you continue this, you'll never lose. How many cals does MFP tell you to…

Sounds great. I have the opposite problem so I will focus on getting all of my cals in. If I do, I can get a point. Is that OK? I am having a problem with a slight panic over eating all of my calories. I am forcing myself to do it because I do not want to go into starvation mode.

I was just diagnosed with diabetes. Enough is enough. With all of the other major health issues I have, I realized I was on a downward spiral to death. I had to do some serious thinking, and I realized: I have so much more to do in this life! I knew I had to change.
