I started using MFP again about 26 days ago. I've lost 10 lbs. My period was almost 3 weeks late, and lasted 2 weeks once I finally got it. I think that it must be the change in my exercise levels that is doing it - i went from nothing to walking between an hour and three hours a day.

5'8.5" SW 250 size 16-18 CW 210 size 16, maybe a 14 but that's pushing it Back in high school I was a size 5/6 and weighed 158.

I can't do soy so I really like Designer Whey's French Vanilla Protein Powder. I use it in my morning smoothies and it is nice, the flavor isn't too overpowering. I know they have chocolate and strawberry too but I have no idea how they taste. Good luck - some of the stuff out there is really nasty!

I am 5'8.5" and 210 lbs at the moment. My goal is to reach 160, which is 2 lbs over my high school weight. I might go lower since that is barely into the "healthy" BMI range, but I'm going to have to see when I get there.
