  • Don't get hung up with guilt about having a good time. You can get straight back on the plan the next day and have a good memory of your evening. On the other hand, keep it sensible and have a good time. Let us know how you get on

  • Use a heart rate monitor and walk. Walking is a hugely under rated exercise......... and its not impactive on those joints :smile:
