  • I'm a big chocoholic and have found a diet hot chocolate that doesn't taste like *%£%! :) It really helps me when I need something like that. When I'm in the mood for pizza or bread or the like, rice crackers with low fat margarine (and sometimes vegemite/marmite) helps a lot.
  • Thank you! 22 lbs in 2 months is quite a lot, but I knew that if I didn't force myself to be really strict, I'd not stick with it. I know the weight loss from now won't be as rapid, but I've shown myself I can do it, so that's the motivation I needed. Best of luck to you all, as well. :)
