Welcome. Today is my first official day using this program. I have had the app for a while, but today I made a decision to incorporate it into my daily life! Its great to know I am not alone! Good luck and I hope to work together to stay encouraged!

i usually crunch granola in yogurt with a piece of fruit and a bottle of water! It usually fills me when i am on the go. But when i have time I make Oatmeal on the stove and add a tad bit of brown sugar and cinnamon and raisins. Its great, fast, and sticks with me ALL day! So, i hardly ever have to snack!
