Carbs aren't bad. You just need to eat the right type of carbs at the right time of day. Good carbs include whole grain breads (my favorite is Ezekiel) oats, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and fruit. For best results eat a carb with breakfast, your morning snack and lunch and be sure to have a protein with every meal.

Are you working out any? I was eating 1200 a day before I talked to a trainer. He said I need to eat 1500 a day to fuel my body for my workouts. Maybe you should bump your cals up.
