Know that you are more powerful than you know and capable of even more. Be limitless! I am not one for pity parties, dust off and get moving. This is just a moment in time and then it all changes. Personally for me dairy is out! It is pretty bad for you. I enjoy almond or coconut milk. Do the 7 day challenge give it up for 7 days then eat it again and tell me how you feel.

Too many shakes and your probably not eating enough. At this stage you should be eating every 3 hours and you are working out too long.

I would measure your body fat percentage you do not want to loose muscle.

My two cents, Beachbody workouts are the best I recommend T25. It will get you lean and best part only 25 minutes.

Depends on the gym you go.to. Meat market gyms have more judgemental people, other gyms that have a mix of people are usually better. I go.to.work.out, if someone talks to me and wants help I offer it and I encourage.

I think it is OK, it is not unusual to show good progress early in your goal, the closer you get to your ideal weight the harder it becomes, like the last 5-10 lbs. If you feel something is off check with your MD to get peace of my mind.
