Congrats on admitting that- thats the first step. I too am a horrible eater and its not something that will go away over time. Just last nite, I binged on oreos....smh...lol. But what is helping me is logging in all that junk food, even if I go over my calories. I like seeing green and reading "....under her calorie goal".…

This is day 3 of me doing JM Banish Fat metabolism Boost: Complete Wkt on Youtube (55 min) and its awesome, I was sore of course the first 2 days but its awesome!! For a killer wkt at home for FREE- do JM,30 day shred is also on youtube...good luck :happy:

I would try drinking 16 cups of water a day- its a gallon but it def helps. my daughter is 2 months and supply was low- did that and it brought it back up

thats true- in my mind I was like 100lbs in 1 year 10lbs a month- was so caught up in large numbers that when I didnt see results quickly- I gave up- pushing goal farther away

Hey Rosie, I totally can relate. Its not easy, some days are ok, some are horrible. I just remember one day at a time. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!!
