Does mfp have a breastfeeding option for the calculation? I've been unable to find it.

I don't think you're being unreasonable. I actually lost a lot of weight about a year ago, and I recently put almost all of it back on. When I lost it, it felt GREAT that people noticed. I "ate" up every positive comment, enjoyed every "you're doing so great," etc. Sometimes, I wish I'd been more private about it the first…

@VeryKatie - If you're not being sarcastic, you could have gallbladder problems. I'd get that checked out if I were you.

My mom had that surgery, and I wouldn't get it myself unless a doctor literally told me I was going to die - soon - otherwise. Sure, it's hard work. I've had to fight tooth and nail for every single pound I've lost. And, I've got a lot of fight left. But, my mother - and some other's I've known - do NOT have a better life.…

We have similar goals, and similar experiences. Looking forward to seeing how you progress!

OP Please let us know what works for you! I have developed this problem since trying to get healthy. I know I need to give up flats, but I'm a flats girl! What sort of shoes does anyone with this problem recommend that are good for professional jobs? I can't wear tennis shoes or Keens (at least not any I could see). I work…

You look great! Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your inspiration!

Hmm.. I've heard other people with this problem, so it could be. Personally, I've done more like what yous started out with. My cycles were closer to 37-40 days, now they're almost right at 28 days. You're right, the longer cycle is WAY more convenient. Hope you get things figured out! Don't know how old you are, but if…

I'd like to be in, but since I'm on a special diet already, I have to ask if there are special eating requirements. If not, I'd love to be in Ravenclaw.

Got to reduce medication that I've been on for like 7 years!

If it's a good chiropractor, it's worth the cash! They help soo much!

I agree! Beautiful in both, but great job!!! I'm a fellow PCOS fighter. It's tough, but definitely worth it!!

I agree with the first commenter. I went on a program at my gym in January, and a few months ago became exhausted. A few months ago I also switched vitamins from cheapo ones to GNC - no iron ones. When I went to my doc, told her I was exhausted she tested everything and said I had low iron. Looked it up, it can cause A LOT…

Thanks for sharing, this is truly inspiring!! Running makes me nervous, because of knees. When you first started out, did you have any issues?
-
You look great! Congrats. I don't think you should lose more. However, I would also refer to the doc, since he/she is the one who knows your health. Great job!
-
Awesome! I started out in 26/28 - which I've been wearing for years - so your story is helping me stay inspired!!

I don't know how intense StrongLift is. However, I follow a plan prescribed by my gym as part of an overall healthy (though it's extremely arguable if you look at my diary - I know that) eating and exercise plan. The weight training is pretty rough. On the off days, they prescribe a full 60 minutes of cardio. The training…

My days are also hectic, amd I'm not a morning person either. Sometimes I go at lunch time, which is what I plan on MWF, but that doesn't always work out. Sometimes I go at the end of the day - which is more frequently. Sometimes I miss a day, which is going to happen. But, for the most part, scheduling in the beginning…

Maybe 130?

Gluten free can be good. However, if you have no medical reason for it, it's unnecessary and can be difficult. People with gluten intolerances have to be careful to balance their vitamins because there are certain things that come from eating wheat.

I have an open diary and am always open to new friends. :)

Yes, I would love a frequent buyer discount. I didn't even realize they had the auto delivery discount - but if it's cancelled out, that's no fun. Also, for those who don't like them, I actually hated them the first go round. Not sure what changed, but love them now!

I have 1 every day, and then have a second of some other kind. The reason? Cost. I love quest bars and all they have to offer nutritionally, but man do they cost!

My husband and I struggle with this a LOT! Our deal is - because I HATE cooking, except for desserts - that he cook and I do the dishes - which he hates. I can't remember how I fed myself before him, but I think it involved a lot of freezer meals, fast food and when I didn't have money for those making myself cook. I've…

I have this problem all the time. It makes me a little nervous, but I've never noticed anyone staring. I'm more self conscious about my shirt slipping up and showing my belly at this point - because it's nowhere near where I'd like it to be. I agree with the others, I doubt anyone really notices - and if they care, they…

Your post really spoke to me. The "at least I'm not 300" has been my mantra for about 5 years - when I finally put on the last 30 pounds I gained. I never got to 300, but it's only a technicality - I edged it at 297 - and I'm sure during some period when I wasn't weighing, I hit 300. I just never saw it. It took my mother…

I use GNC Lean Shake. Low carb/low fat. 25 grams protein. Also, it is designed as a meal replacement. I drink it every morning. It is available in ready to go or mix it yourself varieties. More flavors are available in the mix it yourself.

Living in Lousiana, I HATE summer. I have been eagerly anticipating Fall, like a small child awaiting Christmas!! Cannot wait!!

My motivation is starting to drag a little, so I'm up for the challenge!!

I started out exactly where you are and can now do 20 minutes on level 2. It's not great, but it's something! The personal trainer at my gym said either up the resistance or the time - by as many minutes as you can stand - every couple of weeks. I've been increasing like a minute or two per week. It gets easier. I also…
