I suck at weekends too. My only suggestions are: plan to fail on the weekend by saving calories during the week or don't do fun things just focus on going to the gym and going to sleep early.

It's also a really good way to establish an eating disorder.

1200 is definitely low for someone that weighs 300. What does mfp suggest you eat daily?

Just don't be way under every single day for a long period of time and don't get upset if you are over some days. Your metabolism doesn't work on a 24 hour basis what you are eating one day means nothing. What you are eating over the course of a couple weeks is very important. It will balance out unless you become…

Your weight loss isn't sustainable. No one can keep losing weight forever and the more you lose the more difficult it becomes. It really comes down to whether it is healthy or not, 2.5 a week is a lot to lose per week, but reasonable if you are very overweight. Your body can only burn so much fat per week/month before the…

It is not easy to lose weight when you are already a healthy BMI, 10 days is definitely not long enough to worry, your metabolism doesn't like to change you have to give it a month at least, and if it persists then you are probably under estimating the amount you eat. I suggest adding resistance training to your cardio for…

It doesnt really matter. You weigh different things at different times of day. In order to track weight loss you just need to compare your weight at the same time of day, weigh just before bed or first thing in the morning every so often.

I'm in a similar spot. I passed "healthy" BMI about 10lbs ago, but it does not look good yet. I don't know what is going to happen next. I am going to keep trying to reduce body fat percentage and strengthen abdominal muscles by (in order of importance) eating a slight caloric deficit, lifting heavy weights (I've heard…

sounds like you know what you have to do. It is really hard to start, but trust me it only gets easier everyday. Make small adjustments, forgive yourself for bad days and no matter what don't quit. As long as you are trying and you want to try you are doing it right. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it more than you…

Be an adult, stop making so many excuses. Someone can be as offended as they want, what are they gonna do? Jam the cookie down your throat? Have more self respect and be more authoratative, if I say no thank you then that is what I mean. You could be allergic, you could be full, you might just not feel like eating a cookie…

I try not to put things I can't pronounce into my body.

Awesome work, give yourself more credit. That is way more than 60%. Congrats on teaching your first anniversary.

Great work. You look perfect. Very inspiring :-)!

Cool story bro.

It looks like the answer is bulking and cutting after you have reached your primary weight goal. No one said it was gonna be easy..

Quitting smoking is much easier than losing weight. Not smoking gets easier with time, losing gets harder. You need to find a reason you want to quit that is important to you. Even if it is as simple as not dying young or saving money. Then truly believe in that reason every time you want to smoke. Also pick up a good…

65~ lbs since July 1, so 6 months. I'm at a weight I am comfortable at, but I want to recompose some of my body still.

Starting out it is the hardest time you will have eating right, but the easiest time you will have losing weight. I definitely had bad days/weekends, but I was so over weight that even little changes less to weight loss.. all I can say is don't give up be honest with your tracking and try to focus on one small change at a…

I focus too much on what I have left to go instead of what I have already overcome, but overall I feel like I have become more attractive. However, I do not expect some of the extreme reactions I get when I see people I have not seen for a couple of months - they clearly think I have undergone a more extreme transformation…

8 Months? That's amazing, way to go.

Habit is everything. Just get in the habit of eating the same stuff everyday and going to work out at the same time everyday. If it becomes part of your daily routine, you will no longer have to think about the decision to live healthy, it will be programmed into your daily activity.

eggs are great for you. it depends what else you are eating over the course of the day.

look up body weight workouts on utube.

Salads can have a ton of calories if you have a high calorie dressing and breaded chicken. But at least you know now and that is why you are here, to make yourself aware.
-
awesome! how tall are you?

Good nutrition, hard workouts and cardio. I can tell you it works from personal experience.
-
I don't think either one is going to affect your long term weight loss success.

It takes time to change your metabolism. Keep it up. Don't trust the scale there are many factors that go into weight fluctuation if you have to weigh yourself make sure it is on the same scale at the same time of day wearing the same amount of clothing but I suggest you take pictures of yourself. And you can definitely…
