I haven't eaten bacon for 2 years, but diet's not the reason :wink: ... I just don't eat pork. :tongue: AND I have not banished anything from my diet. If I want it, I'll not eat something else that day, or work out. I love it!

Nothing really, although a couple hours ago I wanted garlic Triscuts. Sometimes I'm not sure what a craving is or just something I wanna eat 'cuz I'm bored.

Well the only scale I do trust is my mom's Weight Watcher scale at home, and the one I bought is kinda like it, they are both digital. But, when I compared them to each other finally side by side, the weights were off by 1.9 pounds. Just the other day, when I went home, for example, I had calculated earlier on MY scale…

Actually, hehe ... it's not thaaat complicated. I just take my weight and subtract it by 1.9 ;DD lol ... I didn't mean for it to sound too hard :wink:

It's being very discouraging to me that I have not been able to get under 192 this whole entire time I have been doing this. Now, I feel like I'm not doing anything right. What should i do? I FEEL like I just want to stop eating all together, but I know I can't do that... I like eating. :(

According to BMI I'm obese, which is a lie... >_>;;; I'm 195 right now. I have never been less than 180 in my young life. I mean of course I was smaller when I was younger, but that's different. Even when I was young I was still overweight. So it is nearly impossible for me to imagine being smaller than I am now.

This is because the minimum anyone should have in calorie intake is 1200 ... see above :D ... Try fixing your settings on how much activity you do in a day :) Maybe that will help?

It shouldn't take you weeks to lose 2 pounds... unless you are on the 1 pound a week way ;) ... I have lost 2 pounds a week before... ^ 3^
