I'm not a big baked potato eater, I rather cook them with my food, so an average meal with potatoes will also have chicken, onions, zucchini or eggplant, carrots, etc. :))))

I seem to average on 4-5 cups a day, but I try to get more in when I remember... most of the time I'm barely ever thirsty. I drink a bottle of water at school; it holds up to 4 cups. I'm probably not thirsty all the time because I fall asleep after I get home from my morning class. :blush: Too tired to think about it.

I like my digital scale because it does ounces, fl oz, grams, mL and if the object goes up to a pound, it'll start from there instead of just adding ounces, although sometimes I wish it would.

I'll tell you right now - from that list you gave I can tell you that the olives, quinoa, beans, seeds, and noodles have calories that are more dense than the lettuces. :smile:

You are amazing. :blush: So I'm pretty much in the same category as you, short (5'2") and I think I'm around 190 to 200 (I don't know because I didn't bring my scale with me to Florida).... how long did it take you to get to your goal weight? Which aspect of your progress do you think was the most helpful…

Since I stopped logging calories lost during exercise, I pretty much just look at the end result. (Doesn't mean I stopped exercising! :smiley: ) If I go over, I go over. I would think jeans wouldn't let the sweat wick from your body easily... you should wear clothes that are mainly cotton so that your body can breathe and you won't get rashes. :)

Another issue is the recipe creator... it's not accurate and won't let me edit the foods that it searches for me yet... hope that gets fixed soon! :smile:

Some lady perfume, you know the one that you smell when you walk by someone quickly and it kind of smells like roses and musk... I'm not good with names. The perfumes I own are not name brands and smell just as wonderful as ones that cost a lot of money. :D
