The article said that burning the ketones does not affect your muscle mass, as in reducing... I never heard of your body trying to eat muscle until you were completely malnourished and in famine.

They're right... eat more. Also, change up your workout routines sometimes. Your body gets used to doing things, and it slacks by using that memory to relax. You should shock it every week by doing something different. :) Good luck, and don't give up! I haven't!

I really do hate McDonalds. I don't go there. I haven't been there for 4 years (that's a lie, sometimes my mom got me a lemonade slushy thing, and it is good, but like 200 cals...) ANYWAY I don't go there.

I just do it. Pain is usually over by the first day... just uncomfortableness throughout the week... and bloating. Yuck. But I'd rather work out than not at all. :D

Now and again I like a good smutty romance book full of funny phrases and action, but from the reviews about this book, I donno, I guess I'm ... turned off by it. *bu-dum pshh* Aannyywayyy, I'll just go back to reading off-stream romance and other better books... :)

You know... I eat mine, but then again I am not sure if they are hindering or helping me at all. I haven't done enough research to find out if they are affecting me. But I'm a hungry person, so I just usually eat them. :D

Grapes... lots of sugar...... Triscuit.... very nice and healthy but only if you eat like 2 servings, because the whole box is too many calories xD and a non-healthy food I have to stay away from: TAKIS. OMG.

Two pieces of wheat bread with apple butter on them, an 1/8th of pepper jack cheese, and 15 cherries :))) Sooo yummy!

Just remember this... if your workouts don't outweigh your diet... you'll never lose. Check out the foods you are eating. No processed wheat or sugar, and definitely don't eat fast foods! :)) You'll hear that a lot, but most people on here can swear by it. Me too.. I'm working on reducing all processed foods. Good luck!
