Congratulations everybody who has lost! It's so lovely to read your messages. I am down 1.6 lbs from the start of this challenge although, I have been hopping on the scales too much. My weight has fluctuated a lot over this last week. Glad that today showed a loss. Keep going everyone xx

I have the same thing happening to me. No weight loss really apart from 2 lbs from when I first started. I too have been keeping to 1200 and exercising a lot so am a little dumbfounded really. I know muscle is heavier than fat but gaining muscle isn't a quick thing. Also I look barely different. Very frustrating…

I would love to join! I'm 5'10" & 163.6lbs this morning. I would be over the moon if I could get to 147-150 by Halloween!

Just to add- I also hate squats. I am bio mechanically crap at them due to my legs being longer. I have heard that they are definitely not 100% necessary if you work hard on other exercises xx

I'm right there with you with the flat butt thing. I hate it! I am incorporating exercises from Strong Curves as a poster above said - the author, Bret Contreras is called 'The Butt Man' I am also using a Kettlebell as that is supposed to really engage the posterior chain of muscles. Good luck!
