They are amazing! I got a Polar FT4. Now I know how many calories I burn during dance central, riding my bike, going for walks, Zumba. I love the thing. I burn a ton during dance central. About 300 cals in 30 minutes

Even if she is the same size, one of you could have put more effort into it, or one of you might be more fit than the other so it takes alot more work to get your heart rate up. And if you wear 2 at the same time the signals might get mixed up. How mysterious

I'm 136 and 5' 4". My polar FT4 says I burn between 500-700, which I think is pretty accurate because I look at my HRM while I am working out and my heart rate stays pretty high the whole time (the zumba I go to is an hour long). It just depends on the person, and how hard your are pushing yourself.

I'm 5'4" and my highest weight was 155, then on MFP I started at 143, and now I'm at 136. I wanna eventually get down to 120 and see how I feel there.

I'm 5' 4". I started with 143 and I'm down to 136. My mini goal is to get to 130 by a float trip I have July 22. I have never been under 126 so I am going to try to get there and see how I feel

I was wondering the same thing. I just got a HRM and it said I burned 301 calories playing Dance Central on the kinect for 35 minutes. Which is AWESOME. It also said I burned 98 calories walking my dog for 22 minutes. Both of these are more than MFP.

It is also a good idea to take a multivitamin when you are only eating 1200 calories to make sure you get all the nutrients you need

I have been to Zumba at 2 different places. One place it was not very intense and the music really wasn't what I was into.
