Usually when you've lost about 10% of your body weight. That's what weight counselors have told me. I'm sure you look great! Keep going. ;)

That itching should stop after a few days/weeks of running spurts or jogging. My dr said it is the blood getting into the tiny capillaries ......improved circulation! Kind of like a crop irrigation system in a grove or orchard, only in your body.

I hear you, and I totally understand. I read a couple of quotes on hasfit.com that keep me going. "dont give up what you want most for what you want now," and "I don't quit when I'm tired, I quit when I'm done." That website has a ton of free video workouts.....many that are short. Perhaps a short, high intensity workout…
