About 36 lbs lost so far.

A visit with my father. We went for a ride and he told me his dream car was a Charger but he'd never have one...because he can't fit into one. It made my heart hurt and made me realize that I never wanted to have a dream that would otherwise be achievable get away from me because of my weight. I was already noticing that…

A month or 2 ago, I cleaned out my closet for the first time in years. Got rid of bags of clothes that had become to big or just so far from what I wanted to be wearing at this point in life that I needed it gone. Yesterday, I realized that my dress pants were sagging off my butt again and my bras are sliding down and not…

I do yoga and PiYo. When I was just doing it a couple times a week, mixing in Combat workouts and while eating at a deficit, I was averaging about 1.4 lbs down a week. Now I'm doing it almost everyday. My weight is stuck but I'm leaning out. Notice a difference in my back and shoulders. I think it's still doing awesome…

I was driving my dad home from my brother's birthday party. He is a large man and used to being in his big truck. He found my Lincoln MKX uncomfortable. Then he was talking about how much he'd love to have a Charger. That if he had a dream car at this moment, it would be a Charger. He looked sad and said that even though…

I don't want to miss out on a dream because I'm to big for it. My dad has a dream car. He can afford it but will never have one because he can't fit into it. Hearing him talk about his excitement over the car and then hearing the saddness in his voice as he came to the part where he won't have it made things click for me…

I am a big believer in weighing daily too. I love my charts! I love to see when and how my body spikes. Right now, I tend to see a weekly low spike one day a week and then I normally go back up slightly lower than the week before. I also like to have the data to go back on. When I feel like the weight is coming off to…

I'm in a very similar situation. :( It sucks but all we can do is keep at it! Friend request sent..

I would like to lose 65-80 lbs. I'm trying to get back on the wagon as well. No wedding in site for me either but life needs a pick-me-up in a bad way! I'm trying to be on here more and need some new friends!

I've been here and dropped out and am trying to be back now. I have very few active friends and I need to get back into the friends aspect of MFP. I think it does help!

I'm really trying to get back into the swing of it. I did HIIT Power day before yesterday and it still hurts to sit down. LOL I do love this program though. I drop mad inches when I still with it!

You CAN do it with nothing. Some of the workouts use handweights but the majority do not. It is recommended to have gloves as it makes you punch harder but I have yet to buy any. I still get a good workout.

Totally true. I really believe if I had kept up with my workouts and eating better, I would not be getting sick so much right now as well. I made it all winter (when I normally get sick) without catching anything!

Combat 60 is my favorite workout in the set! Still haven't started back. Sick at the moment. I've managed to catch the stomach bug and sinus crud in a two week time frame. WTH?

Burpees are the devil....they work though!! I can't even do them properly. I have to modify them down but I was improving!! Note: need to get on schedule was Combat asap!

I do love Combat. I lose so many inches when I'm at it nearly every day! I have not started it again yet but need to make time for it. I have been house hoping for the past couple months and it has thrown me all off on my work out schedule. My eating has been a mess for a little while too. Went on a trip to NYC and fell…

Have you done Combat before? I love that program....I haven't finished it as I get distracted by other things in life but I lose some serious inches when I do it! When are you planning on starting? I really need to dive into it all again. I agree that the Shakeology is expensive. I tried some but won't buy it again. I'm…

I have started C25k 3 times and have completed it once. The first time was several years ago. I went way to fast and gave up after week 1 feeling completely defeated. Lesson learned: GO SLOW! If you need too. :) The second time, I was determined and I started MUCH slower. I was probably close to 200 lbs and I had avoided…

I've done that diet before. I lost 30 lbs very quickly. Then gained it back very quickly.

I have been doing LMC and I love it! I did most of the program over the summer and then fizzled out of exercise all the way around. I'm a couple weeks back into it now and am losing inches like crazy! The PLYO kills me but I modify and do what I can!

Seeing these amazing results makes me want to start lifting! Awesome...
