I could use a little accountability too. It worked for me back when I started trying to lose weight a couple years ago. I gained some back last fall/winter and now I'm trying to lose that 20 or so again.

I am 5'4" and around 148 now. Not happy. My lowest weight late last summer was around 135 and I still had a lot of belly fat. That is my worst area by far and I feel like I would need to get down to around 125 or less to see improvement there.

Me! I still weigh more than I did in my 20's but I am in better shape. Still trying to lose some more pounds. I am 35 with three kids (9, 7, and 4).

Yes, I have to eat more than 1200. I can't function well and running is just not fun if I only eat 1200.

I think if you are already exercising that often you will be ok. It might be difficult but it's not impossible. It is time consuming but if you will stick with it you will see results. I get very red faced when I run. It doesn't last tooo long after I am finished though. 30-45 minutes maybe. I Oh, and like someone else mentioned--my face gets red when I drink alcohol too. Even just one drink and it starts to get red. I blush very easily too. It's mildly annoying.
