I'm not good at this posting. I get rashes too. What are yours like? I am gluten, dairy, grain free, but I occasionally cheat with dairy and beer. Mine are very splotchy, upper arms face chest

Same thing happen to me..whole body gets swollen. I always thought I was the only one who craved fruits/veggies when hungover! haha Have lots of water with apple cider vinegar, it helps. I hate the way that feels, I am so thankful for this way of living

I read that many people had feelings of anxiety after cutting carbs, I guess it's normal but feels so weird, hang in there!

I felt the same exact way! Total mess for a few days after I cut out most carbs and calories to 1200. I was so anxious and dizzy. It seemed to go away after about a week and I did up my calories a bit too.
