  • I was under the impression that muscle and fat weigh the same, but muscle just takes up less space? I'm not sure. Either way I suppose I do see more definition! Thank you.. that puts my mind at ease some what.
  • Thanks for your reply :) I would say I drink around 8-10 large glasses of water a day.. I struggle with drinking less.
