  • Don't do a cheat day do a cheat meal! I log the "cheat" meal in advance, when possible. Then I work out harder and eat a little less the day prior, the day of the cheat meal and the day after so I will have a calorie deficit the day before and the day after to balance the situation out.
  • YES. Food is my friend and I just love it. Even when I'm full if I see something that looks tasty, I still want to eat some of it. Since I've been on this site I've figured out how to spread my food out over the entire day so I stay within my calories but don't feel deprived.
  • One tip that works for me is breaking down a meal. This works for those of us that just like to eat!
