I think that on average, SAHM-s would have a significantly higher chance of getting in all the steps than desk job workers. I don't think it's the meter because the trend is consistent. Lower at bedtime (couple of hours after a meal), higher in the morning. Again, the morning bg is still below 100, often below 90....but it is usually higher than the night before. This can't be the meter.

My fbs was better when I had a small snack before bed than when I didnt. Again, I'm not sure if it can be termed "dawn phenomenon" if fog is still within normal range, only higher than the night before (no snacking in the meantime).
