There is no way to target fat loss from certain areas. Diet, cardio and strength training will get you the best results.

I'm 5'9" with a small frame, I'm aiming for 135 but I'll assess how I feel and look as I get there and stop before if I feel it's too small of a goal. I'm really looking to get my bf% down to 20-25%

Wow! Congratulations on your awesome success! I hope your leg is healing well, my SO broke his leg in 3 places this past March and has a plate in it as well and the recovery has been hell for him.

I personally don't count it as my water consumption just as I don't count water content in foods.. it's just bonus water at the end of the day :smile:

I like to bake mine with a tablespoon of marmalade spooned over the top and served on a bed of wholegrain rice with a choice of steamed veggies on the side :smile:
