I've lost nearly 50 lbs/22.5 kg recently and 80 lb/36 kg total. I do have excess skin and I'm not fond of it, but I definitely prefer to have loose skin and less fat than both! This is from October 188 lbs/85 kg And currently (showing excess skin)

I still feel fat, I can see changes in pictures and notice changes in the mirror.. but I still have yet to adjust my mindset.

Thanks :) And you're right, not a lot of people seem to want to post pictures of the left over skin.. perhaps not seeing that it is normal is one of the reasons I feel so bad about it.

I'm 5'9", my starting weight was 188 lbs, pant size 14/16 and large/xl shirts. I'm currently down 40+ lbs, in a size 10 pant and medium shirts.

One day will not hurt anything. If your cheat days outnumber your healthy days, that's when you'd need to start to worry.

Cheating is only going to lead to disappointment on your end. Try prelogging your meals the night before/morning of and sticking to your entries? Leave a couple hundred calories free for impulse eating :)

File a complaint, get her check by a doctor. I think small claims wouldn't be worth your time or money. My SO slipped on ice and suffered 3 breaks in his leg and dislocated his ankle coming out of a restaurant last March. He has steel plates in his leg and has been severely limited by his injury.. I understand how poor…

I weigh myself every morning, but only record my weight on Mondays. I take my measurements every month on the first :)
