yes you do burn calories, but to add them you should time how long you do strength training, then go to cardio exercise and type in strength training and add you time and it will add you calories burned, i do this to add to my work out time and then i still add in the weights i did so i have a record of them,

Hi, I also have a sodium issue, but my blood pressure has been very high, so with my doctor I have cut salt out of my diet as much as possible. I cook with Mrs Dash, i don't add any salt to my food, I do use sea salt if i have to, and i choose things that have a lower sodium, i know its hard but it is workable.
