I refuse to spend that much for workout clothes. I get some at Walmart (Danskin) and a lot at JCP. They have a store brand - Xersion- that I have had good luck w/. Price and fit are good and hold up w/ many washes. When I use to wear a lot of Nike, I would find my size in the store, then look for it on eBAY! :)

I love Saucony's.

Way to go! :)

Get back on the horse - your other options are to stay where you are now (which you don't like) or gain weight (which is even worse). Been there so many times myself :( Keep the faith!

Thanks for starting this - I have gone off track the past few wks. SW: 168.8 GW (end of May): 160

I know this is an old thread, BUT I found the gymbox thru myfitnesspal. So far, I love it. It gives you a free 15 day trial and there are ALL kinds of workouts, stretching, yoga, pilates, etc. I had never heard about it before I read about it on this forum. I have a TON of workout DVDs, but it's nice to be able to pick out…

Great job! Stay with it!

A few of my triggers are boredom or feeling overwhelmed thinking of all that I need to do. Which then leads to procrastination...it's all a slippery (downward!) slope. :( People who don't deal w/ this have no idea how strong emotional eating can be. Best of luck to all!

Nakia, did you notice more weight loss or just fat loss w/ the prolessa duo? I will take either one! Thanks!
-
Have you tried PB2? It's like powdered peanut butter. I add about a tablespoon to my French vanilla shakes. Gives just a touch of PB flavor!
-
Anyone have any feedback on its use? I started w/ Prolessa Duo, so I have never not used it. Thanks. C

That's garbage and the kind of stuff that gives Herbalife a bad name. FIND A NEW COACH! She/he should be part of your support team.

I have read the same crap about diet soda contributing to obesity. Diet soda didn't get you 100 lbs overweight just like it didn't make me 40 lbs overweight. I agree that it can't be "good" for us, but it's overblown. Like someone else commented, when I am drinking a ton of water, I desire far less soda and there is only…

WOW!!! Awesome!

Wow! Amazing transformation and a lot of hard work and commitment. Great job and thanks for sharing!

Everything is great w/ PB2 (kidding!). I really like a lot of the ideas posted. I use PB2 in my Vanilla Herbalife shakes, but you could use it w/ any protein shake or smoothie. It adds just a touch of pb taste. I have also mixed the PB2 with water and made a pb and jelly sandwich on wheat. It doesn't have the consistency…

Why do you not trust your measurements? My issue is not so much "insatiable", but rather emotional eating. You specifically stated that you were hungry. If you feel physical hunger, I personally would eat. Your body is telling you it needs nutrients. You mention you are active (bike to work and some weights) - the easist…
