I do all my workouts at home I have different Jillian Michaels DVD`s I have 2 small kids so I fit my workout in when I get a chance it helps me get a good work out 5 days a week.

I love jillian Michaels workouts! 30 day shred is awesome I also have the banish fat boost metabolism and her yoga meltdown. You will see results with all of them you could always add some cardio on the side to get faster results!
